Some guidelines to getting the best outcome:

To get the best printing results for your loved ones, please read carefully the image requirements below.

Please send through a high-resolution photograph of your pet that has not been edited so that we can get the best image result for the product.  

Below we have put some guidelines for the what to do and not do with your photos.

Image Guidelines

  • Do:

    Send a photo through where the pet is close up and there is a good contract between the pet and the background.

  • Do:

    Send us a photo where the pet image is really crisp with sufficient lighting.

  • Do:

    Send us a photo where the pet is facing forward.

  • Don't:

    Send us a photo where the pet's face in obscured.

  • Don't:

    Have a pet photo with bad lighting and without a contrasting background, as the image of the pet will not work.

  • Don't

    Send a pet photo where the pet is obstructed and/or blurry.
